What we do
We combine clear neuroscience explanations with tools you can apply immediately, at home, at work, and in relationships.

We map emotional patterns and the moments that set them off, so you can spot them earlier and feel less hijacked by them.

Learn the brain basics
You’ll learn what’s happening in the nervous system and why reactions feel automatic, then how to interrupt the loop.

We practice techniques for regulation, communication, and reprogramming, so change shows up in real conversations and real days.
Who we are
Fear Free Living was created by Ana Bakotic, Certified Neuroscience Coach, specialising in emotional management and practical behaviour change. Ana also collaborates with her husband, a performance-focused coach, Mir Buljan, on selected workshops and programmes.
