- Train Your Brain – 1:1 Online Session (ยฃ45). Online session to understand emotional triggers, calm the nervous system and train your brain.
- Train Your Brain – Online Couples Session (ยฃ45). Online session helping couples understand emotional triggers and improve communication.
- Train Your Brain – Online Parent Support Session (ยฃ45). Online support helping parents understand children’s emotions and manage family stress.
Session blocks
- Train Your Brain – 6 Session Block (ยฃ240). 6 private sessions for deeper progress. Can be used for 1:1, couples or parent sessions. Save ยฃ30 compared to single bookings.
- Train Your Brain – 12 Session Block (ยฃ420). 12 session package for long-term emotional training. Can be used for 1:1, couples or parent sessions. Save ยฃ120.
